Katja Herbers was born in Germany to Vera Beths, a violinist and Werner Herbers, an oboist. She spent a lot of moments with her mom in America when she was young, and they traveled around the world. Her first encounter with theatre came after her father Leonie Poliak and Annerbylsma, a cellist got married.
